Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Dispatch Timelines

Every Urth piece is thoughtfully crafted and prepared with care. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your order meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

  • Westernwear: Dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Indianwear: Dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Timelines (Transit Time)

India

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processes.

Important Information:

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including public holidays, adverse weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, natural calamities, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp to monitor its progress in real time.

Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) – India Only

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.

  • Booking Amount: To confirm a COD order, a non-refundable booking amount of ₹400 must be paid online at the time of placing the order. This amount can be paid via UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking.

  • Balance Amount: The remaining balance amount can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Order Rejection/Cancellation: Please note that the ₹400 booking amount is strictly non-refundable. In the event that a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, the booking amount will be forfeited.

International Orders

  • All international orders must be prepaid. We currently accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI (where applicable), and net banking.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and local tariffs determined by your destination country’s customs office.

  • Responsibility: These additional charges are 100% the responsibility of the customer.
  • Payment: Fees are not calculated or collected at checkout; they must be paid by the recipient upon the package's arrival in the destination country.
  • Delays: Please note that customs processing times vary by location and may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

International Returns & Exchanges

Due to the high costs associated with international shipping and freight, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, and measurements before placing an international order. For any assistance, our team will be happy to help you prior to your purchase.
