Shipping policy

• We provide free delivery for our products all over India.
• The dispatch time is 3 - 5 days for Urth Western products.
• The dispatch time is 7 -14 days for Urth Indian products.
• Delivery time ranges between 2 - 6 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.

 

Payment Terms 

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a non-refundable online booking amount of ₹400, payable via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking. The remaining amount can be paid as "Cash on delivery". 
In the event the customer refuses to accept the order at delivery, the booking amount will be forfeited to cover processing and shipping costs.
