Do you accept orders on "Cash on Delivery" payment method?

Yes, we do accept cash on delivery as a payment method. You shall find the option to select the same after entering your pincode in your shipping information. 
*Some pincodes are not compliant with COD as per our logistics partners and in such cases you shall be prompted to pay online at checkout.

How do I know the correct size to order?

When selecting your product, you will find a size chart under each product in every category. It is an accurate representation of the product you will receive. In some cases, products may be a different fit i.e. regular vs. relaxed, please refer to size chart accordingly. 

How do I know that my order is confirmed/shipped?

On placing your order, you will receive an email on the email ID you mentioned while placing the order with an order confirmation number. You will receive another email from us which will include a tracking number once your order is discpatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and payment wallets. We also accept cash on delivery (may vary based on your pincode).

What can I do if the product I want is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, you may leave us your email address in the fill out form to receive an update for when it is restocked. 

Is there any fee beyond purchase?

All orders are inclusive of relevant taxes and shipping. 

How do I modify my shipping address?

You may modify your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order by writing in to us at connect@urthlabel.com where a customer care executive will be able to help you out.
